New Job!

As some of you may know, on Friday I was offered a different job (still within Lincoln Benefit/Allstate) which I had been waiting to hear about for some time. I'm VERY excited about this new opportunity and want to thank all of you for your prayers. This is a much needed change for me right now.

I was home with Teague a couple days last week due to a low fever/cough/sinus deal. Didn't really seem to slow him down but he was running a temp around 100 degrees and that is where daycare draws the line. He is really getting around and now is pulling himself up some. He's not always successful, but you have to give the kid credit for trying. He is very determined and will work on getting pulled up for quite awhile.

Rhiannon is doing good. She is going to start a ballet/tap class in a couple weeks. Our daycare provider has a daughter just about the same age and has offered to take Rhiannon to dance class during the day. We just decided we couldn't pass that up. Today she told me she was going to be a star when she grew up. I asked her what she was going to do. She said sing and dance and broke out in her rendition of Twinkle Little Star.

Matt's supposed to be going to Kansas for the last time this week. He said he may have to go there later on but it would be just a day thing to tie up lose ends. We are very excited to get back to "normal".

It's been a stressful summer with both of our job situations but things are coming around and we know we are blessed.
