Q – If Rhiannon were an animal, what would she be?
A – A parrot. Everything we say gets repeated by our steel-trap-minded daughter. Nothing seems to get past her and we are quickly learning the importance of “think before you speak.”
Q – What is the gender of the new Martin baby?
A – It’s a boy! We’re due January 6th but I am hoping he comes to join us before the calendar changes over to 2007. We’re looking for a tax break!
Q – What is Matt’s favorite thing to do on Saturdays in the fall?
A – Go to Husker football games. He has had the privilege of going to every home game this year and even one away game. I usually join him for at least a game or two but have not done much of that this year. It’s just easier to stay home than try to get to (and sit in) those horrible seats at Memorial Stadium!
Q – Where did I go for a little R&R this summer?
A – Rhiannon and I, along with Mom and Renee, went to Georgia around Labor Day to visit Anita and her family. We had a really nice time with all the girls and enjoyed a few days of good food, shopping and lounging at the pool.
